LESSON CANCELLATION POLICY
A lesson cannot be cancelled within a 24-hour timeframe without being charged at the full price for the respective lesson. If the lesson was cancelled due to an emergency, the price incurred will be 1/2 of the scheduled lesson price. Cancelled lessons within 24 hours cause gaps in coaches’ schedules that inadvertently inconvenience other students and sometimes cannot be filled timely resulting in wasted opportunity.
